Arts & Crafts for Kids 9AM-1PM
This camp is designed to provide hours of fun with creative and hands on activities.  
Before and After care is available at $7 per hour (7-9 am & 3-7 pm). Please add in notes section details of before/after care if needed and number of days  during the week days. The total cost will be based on your selection from the categories of number of kids being enrolled, before-After care and number of days being requested during the week.

  • If you are requesting before/after care then the charges for this service will be billed separately.

    Registration is not complete, and child will not be able to join until all the paperwork is done before/on the date of start of club/activity. The following must be received by Citizen Kids Club for each child you register.
    -Registration Form

    -Parent-Provider Agreement Form
    -CKC photo release form
